To translate this vision into a visual identity, I immersed myself in the history of the site and the community context, exploring how the heritage of the Glassworks could inform a forward-looking design. Through iterative explorations of typography, hand-drawn elements, and image arrangements, I worked to create a sense of continuity between old and new, while capturing the energy and potential of the project. Regular feedback sessions with stakeholders ensured the identity felt authentic and grounded, while still conveying ambition and excitement.

The result was a flexible, dynamic identity that communicates the project’s vision and potential. The carefully chosen visual elements from fonts to graphics to image layoutscontrast historical and contemporary elements, creating a sense of progression and continuity. The brand and website now serve as a platform for storytelling, engagement, and community involvement.
